This unique and completely renovated (end of 2022) fisherman's house from 1948 has everything for a perfect holiday near the beach of Málaga. Located in a car-free street with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large living room with complete kitchen, two separate workplaces, spacious terrace with lounge sofa, dining area & sun blinds and a second (roof) terrace. This house is also ideal for working remotely from home for a longer period of time. Free fast WiFi throughout the house and air conditioning in every room. > 2 fully equipped bathrooms, both with a spacious walk-in shower (downstairs 140 x 70 cm / above 100 x 100 cm) with rain and hand shower, washbasin with two large drawers and towels. There is also a hairdryer as well as cotton swabs, cotton balls, tissues, soap, shower foam and shampoo. The toilet is separate downstairs, upstairs the toilet is in the bathroom.
