Beautiful house with a private entrance, located in a quiet pedestrian street near Los Baños del Carmen (El Balneario). It includes a free parking space in a nearby building. It features both a sunny and cozy patio and porch, three bedrooms (one with a double bed, another with two single beds, and a third with a single bed). Fully equipped.

Features:

Very bright and quiet. Free parking in a nearby building. Spacious and bright living room with a dining table, sofas, a comfortable reading chair, and a smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub), and three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm) and a window overlooking the porch. The second bedroom has two single beds and a window overlooking the patio. The third bedroom has a single bed and a window overlooking the patio. There are two air conditioning units in the living room.

Services:

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and everything you need to cook.

The apartment has WIFI internet connection and all the amenities for our guests’ comfort: air conditioning (hot/cold) in the living room and in the two larger bedrooms (the one with a double bed and the one with two single beds), smart TV, hairdryer, iron, etc.

Guests have access to an exclusive free medical care service (non-hospital) during their stay.

Baños del Carmen:

Just a few minutes' walk from Los Baños del Carmen (El Balneario), in an ideal location to enjoy Málaga and the beaches of La Caleta, Pedregalejo, and El Palo. Features a patio and a beautiful, sunny terrace.

Getting around:

It is within walking distance of the beach, the Baños del Carmen, and the restaurant and beach areas of Pedregalejo and El Palo. There are also supermarkets, bakeries, and local shops nearby. It is easy to reach from the airport and from the main bus and train stations. There is a bus stop just a one-minute walk away, from which you can reach the historic center.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. It is permitted on the patio and porch.

AIR CONDITIONING: There is air conditioning in the living room and in the two main bedrooms (the bedroom with a double bed and the bedroom with two single beds). The small bedroom with a single bed does not have air conditioning.

NO BARBECUES: Barbecues are not allowed on the patio or porch.

LOFT: The house has a loft accessed by stairs, but it is not available for guests. It is not listed as part of the equipment of the house.

CHECK-IN: Arrival from 15:00. We do our best to welcome our guests at the time they need, upon request.

PETS: Pets are welcome. Owners are responsible for the animal's well-being and any damage caused. House and community rules must be respected. A fee of €20 per pet applies for the entire stay, as special cleaning is required for allergic guests. We can provide a bed and food/water bowls upon request.
