« Quiet and serene location. A stroll on the beach was very therapeutic. The team at the Villa reached out to us while we were still enroute, very reassuring indeed. The restaurant with in the premises was responsive to our requests. The stay was enjoyable and the location very convenient for us. »

« rooms clean but aircondition did not cool the room 207 , AC unit not strong and placed in the wrong spot. .. shower water did not drain caused a puddle as the leveling not done well. feet in the puddle. staff friendly but seemed like management cutting back on staffing and did not adjust to the event in Malindi. There is so much a human can do. Staff will be able to perform best if the Management provides the tools. Breakfast very good. But it was a shame to serve instant coffee and tea in...
