Disappointing - beware. We booked a Double Deluxe room at a very high rate at this hotel and were told at check-in that we were being given a “double upgrade” to a Jr Suite. We were initially very excited about this until we realized that although our room was a bit bigger than what we had booked, it only had 3 tiny little windows at awkward heights that looked directly into other guest rooms or level with the pool restaurant diners so we no view of anything and could not have the shutters/drapes open without having people able to peer directly into our room. In the end, when saw the rooms our friends received and looked at our booking confirmation and the website, we wished we’d insisted on being given the lovely room that we’d actually booked with large, bright windows/French doors and a nice outlook rather than the inferior room we had. Our room (#29) did not resemble the airy, bright Jr Suites that you see on the hotel’s website and it definitely did not feel worth what we paid at all.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at La Residencia. Beautiful property. The only frustration during my stay was the slow kitchen / dining service at Cafe Miro.

Immaculate! From the moment we entered the property everyone was so warm and hospitable. Welcomed us with beautiful views and drinks at the bar lounge while we waited to check in. Amazing dinner at el Olivo, must enjoy aperitif before dinner at the bar with live music. There’s really not much else do in the surrounding area so I don’t recommend staying more than 2 days.

호텔비용이 아깝지 않았던 곳
직원들 모두 친절하며, 호텔도 낮,밤 모두 너무 아름답고 편안했습니다. 호텔 내부에 있는 바디케어 제품마저도 만족스러웠으며 하루에 한번씩 직원들이 전해주던 발 맛사지 등 기타 다른 제품들도 사용해보니 너무 좋았습니다. 이곳은 다음에 기회가 된다면 또 이용하고 싶습니다.

Great hotel & staff! Some work over 30 years! Eva, Luciana, Noemi, Danielle, David and many more make this place. Thomas Moons the GM is very polite, friendly and courteous trying to find out how to even go beyond all expectations. We will definitely be back! Nothing to fault with service or hotel! Hotel fleet/taxi could be improved but that’s in progress I think. Thank you for a wonderful stay with you all!

Perfect getaway spot
An amazing stay in the most glorious of settings. Hard to fault anything. Cleanliness and servicing of our suite was discrete and 10/10. The staff were all lovely and helpful and honestly went the extra mile to make ours and everyone's stay blissful.

Great stay in Deia
Fabulous place with gorgeous grounds - amazing staff and set in a great location. Walk out into the beautiful town of Deia on the doorstep and lovely hill walks in the area if desired. El Olivio restaurant in the hotel has great food and ambience. If you want amazing sea view restaurants then there are a few a short drive away.
