À recommander, en city trip ou séjour plus long
Séjour très agréable, chambre vraiment spacieuse, personnel très disponible et chaleureux. Petits déjeuners extras. Manque juste le room service, et un peu plus de variété au restaurant de l’hôtel.

The property was a bit tired, I would expect better upkeep from a Radisson Blu. Overall the hotel was in a good location, very friendly staff, good breakfast, just the rooms themselves needed a bit of TLC.

Rooms very tired and shaby in parts. The hotel lacked any type of atmosphere. The friendly helpful staff were the only positive. With Eurovision on. they could have made the lobby area more buzzy and celebratory. I won’t be back.

I was really impressed by this hotel for my 8 day stay . From the cheerful and helpful reception staff at check in to the breakfast waiters and room cleaners , everyone made the stay comfortable and pleasant. The room was very large with a large bathroom and TV. The hotel is convenient to the train station and main shopping area and old town!

Det var dejligt at kunne opholde sig i dette hotel. Lækkert at M4 Metrolinjen ligger et stenkast væk. Ingen klager herfra samt parkeringshuse ligger tæt på. Eneste minus at der stadig bliver bygget omkring Nordhavn som ødelægger udsigten fra hotel. Dette kan Comwell ikke gør noget for. 😊

Fint, men lettere slidt hotel. Generel fin service. TV på værelset virkede ikke - receptionen kendte til problemet, men informerede ikke ved check-in. Lidt ringe når man som familie har booket 2 overnatninger, at TV ikke virker.

Ikke pengene værd
En anelse skuffet over dette ophold. Hotelværelserne fremstår lidt slidt og sovesofaen, som var ekstra opredning på familieværelset, var meget ukomfortabel at sove i. Der var meget koldt på værelset og det hjalp ikke at skrue op på termostaten. Morgenmad var OK og det var et plus at der var legerum til de mindste ved lobbyen. Aftensmaden var dårlig på hotellets restaurant og er skuffet over dårlig service ved at man nægtede at give den rabat på maden som ellers var inkluderet i min bookning. Alt i alt synes jeg ikke det er pengene værd.

Nicht schlecht. Etwas veraltete Ausstattung. Frühstück Standard. Nettes Personal. Kein eigener Parkplatz. Parken auf der Straße über 20€ am Tag. Lieber ohne Auto anreisen.

Love the big rooms. Step it up on breakfast
The breakfast was porly. Three days in a row. Really low on cheese day one, fine. Really low on cheese and almost no pancakes OK. Day three. No cucumbers, no tomato's, no på cakes. Yours breakfast personal need to step it up, because my guess is that i came between refills. Just a suggestion. Refill before it's empty.
