The `Treehouse` is a unique, one of a kind property. Surrounded by the forest, steps from the ski-back trail (great all year round to ski-in/ski-out and ideal for bikes in the summer). The house is located steps from the Village, a short distance from the shuttle and village gondola.

This cozy, modern home has everything you need to enjoy your time in Mammoth. Walk into the first floor with two queen bedrooms and full bath. Both bedrooms have mounted TV`s. One of the bedrooms opens up to the yard, step out and enjoy nature.

Downstairs you will also find a dining table and comfy leather couch with chaise, perfect for game night. There is a picnic table just outside as well for summer dining. There is blow up mattress if needed just under the stair well.

Head upstairs and you will find the kitchen. There is a spacious additional living room area with large mounted big screen TV. With the two living spaces split up and let the kids watch a movie while you watch your own upstairs. Also great for someone to read a book or have a quiet night while others enjoy the TV upstairs.

The house is steps away from the village: restaurants, shopping, gondola, shuttle. You are just down the hill from Main Lodge, a short distance drive from Canyon Lodge. The ski back trail is steps from the unit, you can ski in and ski out in the winter and enjoy a nice walk, or bike ride in the summer.

The space has everything you need to enjoy a nice night in, cook breakfast in the morning from a peaceful, quiet house. Great spot for a romantic get away, girls or boys weekend or fun family trip.

The house is all yours! The closest house to the Village! Park in the driveway immediately adjacent with room for multiple cars and enter the home through your private secure access code.

This is a self-catering home
Please clean dishes, pots/pans before departure. Remove food from Fridge and throw away with any kitchen trash to bear resistant trash can at the edge of the driveway. Please Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture and must be kenneled inside the house if you are leaving them alone. Please always check the trash can and make sure it is locked. The bears will try to get in! It strongly clicks shut.

A Note… we have a family home nearby, on rare occasions one car may be parked on the far left corner of the large driveway for Village access .
