« Welcoming staff (Jessica) was prompt, polite and efficient. The apartment was clean, soundproof from the outside. The bed and most importantly the bed linen is 5star quality. One critique, no mirror in the bathroom, I had to step out, close the curtains turn the lights on just to shave next to the bed. I understand the bathroom had all the disabled facilities but I am sure even disabled people need to look in the mirror and shave as well. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend this service...

« While the bathrooms and kitchen look quite new and fresh the apartment was a bit dirty and smelly. Many of the walls and furniture were significantly marked, there was rubbish in one of the bins and a pile of what I can only assume was used towels and sheets in the laundry. We had to keep the windows open for our stay to air the place and wash all our clothes after becasue of the lingering smell. The ensuite was a bit smelly, but we could only shower there as there is no seal around the shower...

« Wasn’t bad but they find a way to deduct money from your deposit. They said we broke a cloth hanger, frankly I didn’t even see the hanger because we spent one night and didn’t do any laundry so I don’t understand how we are responsible for that. I would advise anyone booking this apartment to go through everything and make pictures and videos because they would find a way to deduct money from your deposit. Other that that it’s an ok apartment »
