The staff were not in your face but ready to help if required. The shared kitchen/laundry was such a good idea ..... why dont more accommodation places do this????? « Horrible experience. They gave me the wrong code for the lock box so I wasn’t able to get in until 645 pm. The place was a mess as well. When I finally got into my room it reeked of weed. When I told them about this they told me just to light a candle. I left and asked for a refund immediately, and they stopped responding until Expedia got involved. Then they eventually denied it.
