House Rules

🕒 Check-in: From 3:00 pm

🕙 Check-out: By 10:00 am

🪪 A valid government-issued photo ID is required before check-in for booking verification purposes.

🚭 Strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere inside the property.

🎉 Strictly no parties, events or gatherings under any circumstances.

👥 Only the guests included on the booking are permitted at the property. Unauthorised visitors or overnight guests are not allowed without prior written approval.

🤫 Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. The property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood with elderly residents nearby, so we kindly ask all guests to be respectful and keep noise to an absolute minimum, particularly during the evening and overnight.

🔊 Excessive noise, anti-social behaviour or disturbance to neighbours will not be tolerated and may result in the booking being terminated without refund.

🔒 Please ensure all doors and windows are locked whenever leaving the property.

🧹 Please leave the property in a clean and tidy condition before departure.

💳 A £200 security deposit is required before check-in. This will be fully refunded after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property, no missing items, and the house rules have been followed.
