"Pretty house, well equipped and attractively fitted out, the perfect setting for our wonderful holiday. M. and Mme Mazieres are a delight, very welcoming hosts. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the garden, watching/listening to the many birds and insects, with the beautiful mountains in close view. The pretty village is a quite steep stroll down and back up to the house, about a kilometre each way, we oldies (mid-seventies) enjoyed the walk!"

"Très bon emplacement pour ce très joli gîte qui permet d'atteindre rapidement les différents puys (Sancy, puy de Dôme, de Mary), Salers, vallée de la Jordanne, Lac Pavin... . La literie est confortable et le gîte très bien équipé. De plus, Jacques est de très bon conseil pour les excursions et est très attentionné. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous y reviendrons sans hésiter !"

"This was a two night stopover to allow us to ride around the Cantel region and, in particular, the rim of the volcano (long since gone). The appearance of th hotel upon arrival gives little credit for how comfortable the rooms are and how pleasing the restaurant is. It is little surprise that the hotel is used by tradesmen and appears to be full all the time. Very pleased with our stay and would recommend."
