10/10 Excellent

This is a fantastic VRBO! We really enjoyed our stay here. It is close to Aggieville and the Eastern side of the KSU campus. You could probably walk to the stadium, but it would take the better part of an hour, I would guess. The house itself has a bunch of really nice touches for a vrbo. A coat rack and cubby system for shoes and jackets which especially is helpful in the cool winter months. The kitchen is well stocked with things you need to cook with a newer refrigerator and dishwasher. The bathrooms are nice and updated. And the downstairs bath has the coolest steam-punkish light switch I have ever seen. The other thing I appreciated is there was enough hooks/towel racks in the bathroom for towels and hanging toiletry bags. More often than not, a lot of vrbos skimp on these, making smaller bathrooms more difficult to navigate with multiple users. Not the case here. There is a washer and dryer and a full workout room in the garage. Both of which were used by us during our visit. The beds are comfortable. There are pedestal fans in the bedrooms, which we always appreciate. The only thing I would note is the front concrete steps are steep. The really young, the really old and normal husbands hauling their wives 50lb suitcases might find themselves challenged with the approach. That being said, 10/10. We would definitely stay here again if available.
