« This one bedroom apartment was just perfect for my husband, myself and our dog. The neighborhood is quiet and close to downtown shops and restaurants. The place has a well stocked kitchen, you can cook up a meal or bring something back from town to eat. We enjoyed our stay very much. There is not centralair, however the portable air conditioner worked just fine, kept us cool. Would stay at this location again. »

« We loved our stay in manitou springs! The cabin is literally right on a creek that is magical to sit by and watch! The bed was comfy, there was an amazing stove and fridge. We ate out so didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen was well equipped. You can walk to the downtown area and Seven Falls, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, are all within a short drive! Check in and check out were easy and communication with property manager was quick!! »

« Totally enjoyed our stay at the Carriage House! Loved having coffee & wine on the balcony and watching the world go by below, people walking dogs and babies playing in the park. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and shopping. Will definitely return! Might beware of parking if you have a larger vehicle. We were in a full size Suburban and had difficulty parking in the designated area, but owner did have a residential parking permit for us to use to park on the street. Thank...
