„The unit was clean and comfortable. Great base to adventure from. Rockaway beach is not overrun and the unit is quiet. The Indian food truck beside it is great. The place was as advertised. A small older motel. Like many beach motels it shows wear but it was clean and well stocked. The owners were very responsive. “

„I love how dog friendly this place is & the beach access is perfect! It’s just half a mile from all the shops & restaurants. We walked to town a few times and walked on the beach to get back. Highly recommend! 4 adults with one small dog fit very comfortably here. “

„Great location being right at the Promenade and being close to all the activities. We weren’t sure what to make of an indoor pool but it turned out to be fantastic: super clean, large, and well lit. The sauna is excellent too. Spacious room but a tiny bit outdated and the we had to call maintenance to get the fireplace started. Overall 5 Stars.“
