« This hotel needs a complete overhaul. I should’ve looked at the Google reviews and not just Expedia reviews. I would have noticed that there have been elevators that are not functional for over four months now. That’s ridiculous! All guess staying in the tower portion of this property must take a small service elevator that takes forever because everyone is using it as it is the only means of getting to the rooms other than taking the stairs. « I don't understand the average review rate... My room was strongly smelling cigarette even if it is supposed to be non-smoking room and it was not that clean. At the breakfast there were no more eggs and regular coffee. The only employee I saw seemed too busy to take care of all these details. The AC was so so. I understand it's under renovations but they don't even seem to try to make up for that. On the positive side it was quiet until about 7:30 when the construction workers started. ...
