We have stayed there before and like it so we tried it again still love the place. Great location quite and good dock for a boat if you bring one. Canal was dirty but it was because of the winds but last stay was nice and clear.

5 adults, 2 children. In general, nice stay, met most of our needs. No door code in advance. No life jackets until Thursday. No a/c until Tuesday.

Paradise found

We had a great time! We loved spending time in the pool and the tiki bar area. It was very private and beautiful with all the palm trees and foliage- All the furniture inside was very nice and seemed new. We appreciated having two full size refrigerators. Owners are very responsive to previous guest feedback as was apparent with many upgrades like lighting in tiki bar and grill area. We would happily stay here again.

Stayed for a month

Very comfortable. Everything you need for a stay. Close to everything. Debbie and Beth were super helpful. Beds were comfortable. Backyard with pool, deck and grill wonderful. Airport near by was busy and alittle noisy. Parking good. There were barking dogs in the neighborhood so just be aware during the day. Wasn't a nightime issue. Had a great relaxing time.

Loved being by the water. Traveled in January, the pool was small, but heated, which was great. There were string lights outside that worked, but flood light on deck didn’t work. On windy day roof fan made noise. Master bedroom toilet was loose.

Lovely house in a convenient location

We enjoyed spending Thanksgiving week here. It was nice being on the canal to fish / kayak. Location was convenient to the beaches and a reasonable drive to Key West. We loved it!

Hurricane Helene

We booked this vacation 15 months in advanced and couldn't wait. We checked in Saturday evening and unfortunately had to check-out first thing Tuesday morning, thanks to Hurricane Helene. We were heart broken we only had a 2/7day vacation but enjoyed the house and made the best out of the two days we got. We were a bit disappointed the property manager never got back with us when we reached out to her about the TV not working (we found the living room remote was in the bedroom and the bedroom remote was missing) and the grill being out of propane (when we got our catch prepared to grill) However, we made do and cooked our catch on the stove top. We loved the pool and enjoyed regardless. We were very thankful to be with our family an be able to bring our 4 legged babies.

Great location

Upon arriving, there were crumbs on kitchen counter, urine on master bath toilet & black hairs on dresser in Mahi room. No remote for MB tv. Pool had debris all on bottom of pool. Pool guy came by twice but never cleaned pool. Location was great, very convenient! No outside lights or light in .pool.Would stay again overall.

We enjoyed a fabulous week

We really enjoyed our stay, location was excellent only thing we would change is lighting outside by bar is needed for grilling etc after dark its difficult to see anything, the refrigerator in the bar outside is plugged in but does not work, AC may need upgrade as mid day it can not keep up, but catches back up at night. We had a fabulous vacation & will be back!

Overall we had a fabulous trip. The tv in the living room needs to possibly be replaced, the volume would go up so loud on its own often. The master bedroom tv did not have a remote and that was a bummer. The kitchen was spacious and all the furniture was comfortable. The pool was fun for the kids. We utilized the canal for a boat which was perfect. We would return :)

Great location in Marathon.

We had a great time. The house was very clean. Having your own private pool is a huge bonus! The location is perfect, centrally located in the keys so exploring other keys is easy! The house is close to Sombrero beach too, one of the nicer beaches in the keys.

Keyzee Living was perfect!

We stayed two weeks and enjoyed everything this home had to offer. Fishing off the dock and dipping in the pool was relaxing. Great screened porch with a freezer. There are two kayaks to enjoy a short paddle to the mangroves and atlantic coastline. House was well stocked with everything needed. Check in and out was quick & easy. Beth our contact was very good with local suggestions, quick response and communication. Overall a great stay in Marathon! Highly recommend!

girlfriends getaway

It was a lovely home. We enjoyed our stay. Couple of disappointing things were - the sliding door to the balcony didn't work. It was accessible through the master bedroom but even that door wouldn't accommodate a walker one person needed. The grills were filthy and unusable. The couch was broken down and hard to get up and out of. The location was fine but more information about eating establishments and delivery places should be provided.

Bar downstairs and patio needs a good cleaning No gas for grill but we filled tank Electrical problems in house and garbage disposal not working but Beth took care of those things efficiently Ice maker did not work Sliding glass doors would not work House was great but needs some maintenance and love We would book again !

Bad weather but still a great vaca w friends

Unfortunately no one can change the weather. We planned to do a lot of boating, but the wind and weather turned bad. However, we enjoyed a Key West day, a trip to Dolphin Research Center and being together at the house. The house was what we expected. The pool and the coffee maker & grill didn’t work properly on our Sat. arrival. However, the pool got fixed on Sunday. It was warm and very nice. The coffee maker got replaced on Monday. They ordered a new grill which was to be delivered by Wed but it never arrived. On Thurs we tried to contact both the host and the property manager. Finally we got a hold of someone and we picked up the new grill from Home Depo nearby. The grill is a nice one. Everything was comfortable! (The TV in the main living room had terrible sound- that may need to be replaced). We never mentioned that to the property manager- we left them a note w that info. We were able to use a portable speaker we had and then it was fine. The house location was close to Sombrero beach and was in a nice, decent area. We went for several walks in the area in-between rain storms. We had extra amenities we didn’t expect to have such as dishwasher det., laundry det., salt and pepper and games. We enjoyed the house. We struggled w communicating with the property manager and host. They could have done that better. Overall- we would recommend the house! We had a very good time!

Worked well for our family of 4

Nice property for our family. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Kids loved the pool, we caught lots of fish in the canal when we couldn’t take the boat out. There is enough room on property to park boat trailer but it is a bit tight trying to turn around in the street. Depending on tides it’s about 2.5 feet at low getting in and out of canal. Canal it self is wide and deep enough to turn around in without issues. We would definitely stay again.
