La baie de lamantins a le meilleur de tous les mondes. Il possède une grande piscine en fibre de verre sur mesure située à côté d'un lagon de 20 pieds de profondeur et magnifique pour la baignade et la pêche. La lagune regorge de toutes sortes d'animaux sauvages, y compris un lamantin occasionnel, des tortues et toutes sortes de poissons. C'est l'endroit idéal pour apprendre à faire du Paddle Board, du Snorkel ou du Kayak. Il y a un accès rapide au golfe ouvert au bout du lagon, avec un grand quai dans les eaux profondes pouvant accueillir 3 bateaux. Le pont arrière du lamantin qui surplombe le lagon est gigantesque, offre beaucoup d'espace pour socialiser et admirer la vue, ou pour se faire bronzer. Il ombrage également une partie de la piscine afin que vous puissiez en profiter même après avoir eu suffisamment de soleil. Le lamantin a même un système de chauffage pour la piscine, un côté de la terrasse est totalement blindé afin que rien ne puisse interrompre votre bon temps.


Le plan d'étage ouvert de la lagune des lamantins est idéal pour les grands groupes. La grande salle et la cuisine ouverte sont idéales pour passer vos vacances pendant les repas. Nous avons une superbe table de billard près de la piscine, idéale pour garder un œil sur ces petits tout en se détendant après une dure journée de jeu sur l’eau. Il y a tellement de créatures soignées dans le lagon pour voir au lamantin que vous serez étonné. C'est l'endroit idéal pour faire du kayak, du paddle ou du snorkeling. C'est pourquoi nous incluons les paddle et les kayaks dans la location.

Nous offrons également le prix le plus bas en location de bateau pour votre voyage hebdomadaire dans les Keys. Ils vont d'un 17'-28 'Boston Whaler, 4 hors-bord Yamaha Yamaha. Ils sont livrés directement au quai et ramassés à la fin de la semaine.

The location of this property is excellent — close to everything and in a beautiful setting. However, several issues need attention for this home to reach its full potential.The dock bench was not secured and bent backward off its brackets, making it unusable. The end of the dock was also unstable and a bit unsafe.The pool was cloudy during our stay, and all the pool deck chairs were falling apart. All the showers had visible mold, and one of the bedrooms had holes in the wall. The master bathroom had a leaking toilet and a strong urine odor.On a positive note, the upstairs patio/ grill area was very nice and functioned well without any issues. Also the kitchen was clean and functional. With some repairs and maintenance, this place could be truly top tier.

We had a great time in Marathon, FL at Manatee Bay. We rented a 24' boat from Coco's boat rental and spent our days in the Florida Bay and Atlantic, exploring sand bars, fishing, and snorkeling or just cruising. We docked our boat and enjoyed the wildlife we saw on a daily basis from the pier, and it was nice to come back to the pool for a relaxing evening. The house is as represented. I believe it is in the process of being updated. There are no overhead lights or ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the switches do not turn on the lamps. Just a little aggravating and dark in the bedroom when getting dressed. The beds were comfortable. The screened porch was wonderful for our meals and enjoying the scenery without fighting insects. A really nice place to stay and hope to visit again.

Fantastic Location

We enjoyed the dock, porch, and pool very much. Manatees, pelicans, and even a shark were novelties for us as New Englanders! So many cool restaurants within a 15 minute drive. Minor cosmetic issues other reviewers mentioned, but didn't put a damper on our experience in the least. I was anxious about cleanliness, but was happy to see that the house was quite clean. We would 100% stay again!

The location itself is nice and close to everything. The heated pool and hot tub were great, especially due to the chilly weather we had while there. The A/C worked great. The house definitely could use some TLC- the recliners in the couches don’t work, there is junk sitting under the house that should be removed, tile has chipped off the pool, the fence around the pool is not sturdy, not all wall sockets function, and the plumbing could use some work. Property manager responded quickly to an emergency that occurred. Good price point for marathon but what you pay is what you get.

Wildlife Hot Spot

We have rented a house in the Keys for 20 or more years! This property had some great features and some not so great features. To start, the kitchen was big and sufficiently stocked, the pool was nice and cool everyday(Which has never been the case in the Keys). There was enough table seating, which is also rare. The dock was nice and fit our 36 foot boat; there was always some sort of wildlife on or under the dock! We had visits from pelicans, seagulls, frigate birds, Swallow tail kites, parrot fish, tarpon, barracuda, and the best was the manatees! The place wasn't cleaned great and the king bed was broken in the middle, we had a few other small issues as well. Everything was handled in a quick and timely manner! There are 2 full bathrooms and 1 bathroom that is split between 2 bedrooms, you share the shower but have your own toliet and sink. Overall I would stay here again!

Great Location

This house was in a perfect location. Directly on the water allowed us to see dolphins, manatees, and sea turtles on a daily basis. We enjoyed using the kayaks/paddle boards and the pool was a great temperature (nice and warm!) The few minor issues we had (we couldn't figure out how to work the hottub, and a inside door handle was sticking) were immediately rectified. The property manager (I think his name was Adam) responded quickly and was polite and accommodating. We had an excellent vacation!

It was really amazing. We saw a lot of wildlife. Manatee dolphins pelicans iguanas. The only thing that was an issue was a few of us got a lot of nose bites, but he better bites down there than bites in Minnesota and the summer.

Wonderful Week in the Keys

Beautiful neighborhood right on the canal. Had a manatee swimming around the dock a couple of times and got awesome video. Some minor things in the house need repaired which i reported so it will be turned in to the owners. House could use a derp cleaning, but beds, dishes, towels were all clean. Id definitely stay again. Wendy was very helpful and responded quickly to all questions we sent her way.

House needs help. Trash was full, microwave dirty, grill dirty and Propane tank was empty when we arrived. Dishwasher leaks, bathroom faucets pull off and house is very dirty. Will not stay again.

An excellent location.

Overall we had a great time. Some things were clean, some needed additional work. But Wendy is on top of it all. She was very responsive to everything we brought up and we had a great time kayaking, seeing all of the turtles, tarpons, nurse sharks and manatees. The pool was excellent and the space outside was lovely and incredibly enjoyable.
