🏊 Pool Opening Hours:

Guests have access to the communal swimming pool, which is generally open daily from 09:00 to 21:00 throughout the year. Please note that the pool is not heated, and opening times or temporary closures may vary depending on weather conditions and decisions made by the community management.



Bookings in this property are only available to guests aged 25 and above.

Smoking is not allowed.

Pets are not allowed.

Parties/events are not allowed.

Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00

Please note, keys need to be collected from our office in Centro Plaza, Nueva Andalucia and returned on check-out.



For families travelling with young children, a baby cot and high chair are available upon request for an additional fee. Please contact us before your arrival to arrange these items.

Our towels love drying guests after a refreshing shower... but they're not designed for removing makeup or cleaning shoes! 😊



Please help us keep them fresh and fluffy by avoiding using them for makeup removal or shoe cleaning.



Unfortunately, makeup stains and shoe marks often cannot be removed during laundering. Towels that are permanently damaged have to be replaced, and the cost of replacement may be charged to guests.
