The townhouse in Marbella has 2 bedrooms and has capacity for 4 people.The townhouse is cozy, is fully-equiped, and is 80 m².The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood in a suburb.The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, 30 m² terrace, fireplace, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, central heating, air-conditioned, communal swimming pool, open-air parking the same building, 1 Tv, tv satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, Swedish).In the electric independent kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.



-Please note that normal opening dates for pools are from 15th of June to 30th of September, but these dates are subject to change according to government regulations.



Bookings in this property are only available to guests aged 25 and above.

Smoking is not allowed.

Pets are not allowed.

Parties/events are not allowed.

Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00

Our towels love drying guests after a refreshing shower... but they're not designed for removing makeup or cleaning shoes! 😊



Please help us keep them fresh and fluffy by avoiding using them for makeup removal or shoe cleaning.



Unfortunately, makeup stains and shoe marks often cannot be removed during laundering. Towels that are permanently damaged have to be replaced, and the cost of replacement may be charged to guests.
