Completely remodeled at the end of 2023, this light-filled 505-square-foot, one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo features updated furnishings, appliances, dishes, artwork, linens, and Smart TVs. A comfortable king bed, quartzite kitchen island, and thoughtful details make this intimate space feel like a personal beachfront escape.

AN EXCEPTIONAL BEACHFRONT LOCATION
The Apollo offers a remarkably short walk to the sand and the convenience of an on-site beachfront restaurant. It is among the limited Marco Island beachfront buildings permitting weekly vacation rentals. Marco Walk Plaza, with dining and shopping, is approximately half a mile away. Enjoy beach walks, afternoons in the sun, and memorable sunsets without going far.

DESIGNED FOR TWO

IMPORTANT BOOKING & STAY INFORMATION
PARKING:
One assigned, covered parking space in the gated lot. The parking fee is $45 per stay (credit card only), plus a $75 refundable parking-pass deposit paid to the condo association. The association refunds the deposit after the pass is returned as required.

KEY PICKUP:
Pick up and return keys at a convenient location approximately half a mile away on South Collier Boulevard, on your route to the condo. Instructions are provided before arrival.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECKOUT:
Standard arrival and departure times apply. Any change to this schedule is not guaranteed. If available and approved in advance, up to two extra hours may be arranged for a flat $100 fee.

HOA PRE-REGISTRATION:
The Apollo Condominium Association requires guest pre-registration at least 48 hours before arrival. We provide the registration link with your arrival instructions.

SEA TURTLE NESTING SEASON: May 1–October 31
During nesting season, turn off balcony lights and close beach-facing shades from 8:45 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Guests are responsible for fines arising from violations of applicable rules.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance promptly after booking. Coverage, deadlines, and exclusions vary by policy. Unexpected illness, family emergencies, weather, and travel disruptions may not qualify for refunds under the reservation cancellation policy. PAYMENT & SECURITY:
A $500 refundable security authorization may apply, subject to platform procedures; eligible charges may include lost keys, locksmith service, extra cleaning, or unauthorized early/late occupancy. Any authorization or refund follows the applicable booking terms. A 3% credit-card fee applies only where permitted by law and the booking platform.
