Access to the canal, water toys, beach toys, and large doors which we could keep open to Lanai, to enjoy the fresh air all day. Walk to restaurants and shopping. Large living space to hang out with family.

The house was OK overall but dated which you cannot tell from the photos. Not worth the price. The second master bedroom is not connected or near a bathroom which negates it being a second master. The kitchen cabinets should be replaced and the sliding doors to the pool do not have pool alarms following Florida state law.

The pool, comfortable living space and location were key for my family having already been at Marco before.

Would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to get the full island experience
