Beau séjour! Superbe condo bien situé avec une vue splendide!

Tout s’est très bien passé . Avons reçu la visite de la personne responsable de l’entretien dès que nous l’avons demandé. Malheureusement beaucoup de bruit dû aux réparations en cours dans les tours envoisinantes lors de notre séjour. Le prix de location aurait dû être réduit .

A wonderful place to stay!

Our family (including 2 teenage boys) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at JoAnn's property. Some highlights and thoughts:-Parking was ample and located close to the building entrance. There was an additional 100 charge for a parking pass upon registering at the condo building.-We appreciated the amenities provided by staying in the complex such as laundry located on the same floor as the condo and access to the heated pool area, tennis and pickleball courts.-The condo itself was exactly as described and pictured in the VRBO listing. -The kitchen was well stocked. We were especially grateful for the Tupperware containers that we used when packing picnic lunches.-A good supply of beach gear was provided including: beach chairs, coolers, wagon, sand toys, and beach games.-Water pressure and access to hot water in the showers was good at all times.-The view from this condo is amazing. Even when it was a little chilly for us to use the balcony, we appreciated being able to have a panoramic view of the water from inside the condo.-It should be noted that to get to the water's edge of the beach requires about a 10 minute walk. It wasn't a problem for our family, but there are also no bathrooms along the beach, so you do have to think ahead and plan accordingly as you can't easily just 'run back inside' for whatever you need.-JoAnn was great in her communication leading up to our visit, always answering our questions in a very timely manner! We would stay here again!

Great and relaxing vacation.

This property is beautiful. Very clean,equipped with everything that you need to spend not only a week but months. The view is second to none. The owner was very available and so nice to talk to. She is very proud of her property as she should be as it is so nice.

Marco Island Paradise

Loved the view! The beach was also gorgeous and pretty quiet if we walked the opposite way of the buildings towards Tigertail Beach. The condo was just as listed, with plenty of room for our family of 4 and comfortable beds. Our kids loved the dolphin and kayak tour. Only bummer was the pool was under maintenance for most of our stay.

Paradise with a Capital "P"!!!

We have been visiting Marco Island for years and love it but had never rented a condo, let alone for the entire winter. Everything about our stay for these three months was perfect! From lots of easy and informative communication with JoAnn leading up to our stay to her checking in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. We really appreciated her kindness in sharing her beautiful home with us We were here for over a week and had already decided to rent again for next winter!! The location of this condo is fantastic! Right on top of the beach for the most beautiful views anywhere and best seats in the house for the most gorgeous sunsets each night from the wrap around balcony. We are avid walkers and were overjoyed at being able to be right on the beach for our daily beach walks. Having so many restaurants close by to walk to was also a plus. We loved Doreen's for breakfast and Joey's for dinner. JoAnn had recommended both. We also loved walking down to the Esplanade shops where we dined at CJ's on the Bay outside looking at the beautiful boats--great food and great atmosphere. Mangos on the dock and Cold Stone Creamery are also right there and can't be missed! Everything here was relaxing and stress free. Paradise with a capital "P"!!!

View from patio awesome!

Our stay was great. The views were amazing and it was nice to sit at table in the am and have breakfast of do a little work before heading out. The kitchen had all we needed for our stay. They have plenty of beach chsirs. The furniture was dated but comfortable and the towels need to be replaced. Overall we had s great time!

Excellent experience

Very clean and well equipped. Excellent views. The only negative I can think of is the limited "playtime" hours for kids in the pool and endless rules that are strictly enforced by the property manager. All and all we had a great stay and vacation!

Amazing view!

My husband and I had a great time staying in this condo. The view is awesome, and JoAnn was easy to work with. The pool is warm, and the people are friendly. Nature abounds at the beach. There is so much to see and do in the area, and we plan to return!

Great stay at Tigertail Beach

My wife and another couple had a very enjoyable stay at this unit at Tigertail Beach. This is a corner unit with Great water views but also a view of other condos north and south. The unit is nicely equipped and well worth the rent charged.

A jewel!

What an AMAZING place!!! I hardly know where to start! You honestly feel as if JoAnn (the owner) is there with you! She is so responsive and helpful! The unit is Perfectly placed, we loved the wrap around deck! The unit was bright and the view is AH-mazing! When you see it in the photos, it is right on mark, no photo shopping there!!!!! Updated kitchen and well stocked for guests. We were there over thanksgiving and had plenty of dishes and pans and serving dishes to make our meal and have friends to share! The walk to the beach is a little long, but I only point that out for people who may not walk very well, our kids are young and we love to walk. we kicked the soccer ball all the way to the water! Thank you JoAnne for sharing your home with us!

Superb

For at least the past 9 years we have stayed in one of the towers at South Seas and while accommodating, our latest stay was superior to all others. The unit itself was spotless and had a much stronger feeling of being home. We communicated with the owner about certain precautions needed in anticipation of Hurricane Dorian. She was incredibly pleasant and wanted to make sure our stay was of the highest quality. It was. We will seek the same accommodations in future visits.

The condo on the 15th floor has outstanding views of the gulf with a wrap around balcony. The walk to the beach is a bit long but well worth the convenience of enjoying both the beach and the pool. The updated kitchen has many essentials such as coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher detergent and plastic travel cups. The baths, bath towels, beds and linens need updating next. There are beach supplies for guest use in the condo such as beach chairs, beach caddy , beach towels and beach cart. The condo is a very nice size for four people and I would recommend it. I hope to return again soon.

This is a beautifully appointed condo with incredible Gulf views.

This was our fourth trip to Marco Island and the second time we stayed in this condo. There is a good reason we came back to this particular unit - it's wonderful. Nicely appointed, it's comfortable and inviting. But the best part is the wraparound balcony that provides the most amazing views of the Gulf and Tigertail Beach. We spent hours sitting there watching sunsets. The pool is beautiful and was never crowded. The only part of staying at South Seas Northwest that we don't like is that eventually we have to leave when vacation is over. But you can be sure that we'll be back.
