Great property, great location

A wonderful, warm and welcoming vacation for six of us. A large and beautiful home with a great (and warm) pool and hot tub area. Plenty of seating and comfortable couches and beds. The neighborhood is quiet and safe… you may even see a few gopher tortoises on your ride out! Single level with a lot of railings made it easy for my Dad to move around and be comfortable. Hosts were responsive and very professional.

Another wonderful stay - this was our second year and we continue to love the gorgeous home, spread out bedrooms, beautiful spacious kitchen and the fantastic lanai!! We swam in the pool and soaked in the hot tub every day and enjoyed fantastic food and sunsets at the restaurants around Marco! Cannot wait to return next year!

We enjoyed our stay but there are things you should know

The property itself is very nice and is well furnished. The pool area is very large and the hot tub is great. There is plenty of room for seating both inside and out. The home itself is located in a quiet area and has a great canal exposure. It is also very near to an area with gopher tortoises and we would see them coming out of their holes almost every day. The interior of the house is quiet large and there is plenty of room for a good sized family. However, there are some requirements for staying that are not communicated in the listing. For example, you may not lower the AC below 72 degrees. For people coming from the north, this is too high for sleeping. I would have been fine with just being able to lower it at night but this kept people from sleeping well. Additionally, it is not disclosed that you need to wash all the sheets and towels or at least only have two loads for left for the staff. This is not adequate in a 4 bedroom home that sleeps 8 or more. I am almost positive this led to us sleeping on sheets that were dirty the first night as the previous occupants likely tried to jam too much into the washing machine and the sheets didn't fully get cleaned.

Beautiful house by the water

Loved staying at this house. It worked out really well with combined family that rooms were each in there own wing so could have privacy at times. Master bedroom and bathroom is gorgeous and easy access to pool. Fishing from the dock was a lot of fun and watching the manatees and dolphins swim by and right up to the dock! I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Marco island. Neighborhood was on a quiet off the main road street which made getting in and out easy. 10 minute drive to restaurants and the beach. The pool was the biggest hit with me family and kids had hours of fun.

Amazing Eubanks!

Our weeklong stay at Eubanks Court was amazing!! Plenty of room for the 7 of us. Saw up to 5 manatees EVERY DAY swimming right by our dock. Kayaks were a great amenity. Close to restaurants/Publix/ shopping/beaches. Tigertail is a MUST!!! Can't wait to come back

Amazing home

Fantastic in all aspects! You feel like you are at your own private resort. Saw dolphins and manatees swim by! All day sun on the pool but plenty of outdoor shaded areas as well. Kitchen very well equipped, plus mini-fridges at each wet bar. Tons of beach gear provided but we honestly never left the lanai.

Outstanding Marco Vacation!

This house is incredible!!! Plenty of space for our three generations to relax, play games, swim, see wildlife (iguana, manatee, dolphins and turtles!) and laugh!!! The property is exactly as shown, the sliders that open all the way up to the back lanai were incredible for fully indoor/outdoor living - we felt like we were in an HGTV home! I also must shout out the amazing property managers at iTrip who were incredibly responsive and attentive to our stay - they probably think I am crazy with my mundane questions but never showed it and truly made us feel welcome and comfortable. We only wish we were a bit closer to the beach, but the back lanai more than made up for that!!! Would DEFINITELY recommend!!!

Multigenerational family fun!

The location of this impressive property was perfect! Everything was easy to get to; beach, grocery store, marina./ though we often did not want to leave the house. The layout was great for grandparents, mom and dad, uncle and the kids. Plenty of space- the outdoor living was the best- beautiful pool and hot tub along with areas to be outside without direct sun. We saw manatees and dolphins- enjoyed gorgeous sunrises. A trip to remember!!!

Eubanks Court Marco Island..........Excellent accommodations, kid friendly as well.

Great experience. Nice screened pool area, lots of kid toys and floaties. Beach toys ,chairs, wagon, and umbrellas. 2 kayaks available for use, as well as bicycles. Master suite VERY nice and other rooms as well. Connecting king bed room with shared bathroom for children room. Overall quite satisfied

Everything we could’ve dreamed of!

This was perfect! Honestly, from the quick responses from Mark to the flexibility with our changed flights to the unbelievably beautiful home, it was the perfect destination spot for my family and I. Spectacular

This place is awesome! This property is actually nicer than the pictures. We stayed for a week with another family and there was plenty of room to spread out. The pool area is nice, with lots of great seating options. The house is decorated beautifully. I cannot recall a morning where dolphins and manatees did not swim by. They have pretty much everything you need to enjoy your stay. The location is great, but you will find that you will enjoy this property so much, you will not want to leave and explore Marco Island. Would definitely return!
