Built in the sunniest place in Austria, the Alpin - Vital - Wellness Center Samsunn is directly connected to the house and is available to guests 3 hours a day with free entry. The wellness area is a bikini-free zone, so access is only permitted from the age of 14. The wellness center is approved for a maximum of 100 people and is open from 30.10. - 13.11.22 and 16.04 - 14.05.23 closed for maintenance. ATTENTION: LungauCard included! modern, very comfortable residence "Carpe Solem by Alps Resorts", 1'120 m a.s.l., built in 2019. In the centre of Mariapfarr, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. For shared use: 2 swimming pools angular heated (seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 01.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool, slide. In the complex: restaurant, bistro, WiFi, sauna, massage (extra). Steam room, hydro massage bath, infrared sauna, relaxation room, shopping facilities, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (limited number of spaces), communal covered parking (extra). Supermarket 200 m, restaurant, bar 100 m, café 200 m, bus stop 160 m, indoor swimming pool 8 km, lake Prebersee 15 km.
