Hotel Marmaros

« The room was the cleanest ive ever been in, that wasnt brand new. I came in off season so i expected thing not to be in full swing… and it was super quiet! Both great! But they advertised “pet friendly” but when we arrived with our dog, it was almost a problem. Our dog is a service dog so nothing else was said about that. Then looking around the “pet park or area” they advertised had a couple of very large, barking dogs and a goat i think? So that wasnt an option… other than being super clean it...

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« Unique rooms, each one styled differently. Easy check in via email-they send door code. Didn't have daily housekeeping but fine not having someone in the room when we aren't there. »

« The resort was clean, well lit, well stocked, and the staff was abosolutley outstanding! Would recommend for a family, or couple. »

« When we first entered our room, we thought it was great. Then as we started unpacking we noticed how dirty things were. Our daughter was going to sleep on the pull out sofa and there was popcorn and other food chunks in the sofa bed. We tried to make up the bed and there were no linens available. Called 3 times before we got anything. Ended up with 2 sets of sheets, 6 pillowcases, no pillows,and no blankets. Remotes didn't have batteries, so we had to call and get some. « We seemed to be the only people staying at the property and it was very quiet. It’s located close to all of the things we wanted to do, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was the mattress was uncomfortable, but overall staying at the property was a great experience. We definitely will be visiting again. »

« Staff were great, felt safe at this hotel. New furniture package was nice. The free breakfast was really good. I liked the biscuits and gravy. Very nice pool with the bar attached to it. You can tell they take allot of pride in this hotel. We will be back. »
