« We had a great holiday in the villa and specifically enjoyed the garden, pool and location on top of a hill. Small grocery in 5 min drive. Although 40 min drive to Ancona / the coast, the location for us was nothing less than fabulous. Visited several wineries in the neighbourhood as well as a olive oil maker. Contact with owner is very prompt and smooth; check-in and check-out effortless. »

« The week spent in this house was truly a great week. The house is beautiful and practical, the pool is big, clean and does not contain too much chlorine. It possible to play table tennis, table football and football. There are enough bathrooms, two kitchens and swings for the kids. The sea and the city Pesaro are not too far away. Last but not least, the hosts are very nice. The fridge was filled when we arrived and they made delicious pizza for us. Definitely recommendable! »

« Prima huis maar wat tegenviel was het feit dat het ( vrij kleine ) zwembad gedeeld moest worden met de gasten van het aanpalende huurhuis. Hier is niets over terug te vinden in de advertentie. Wij hadden geluk dat onze buren geen gebruik maakten van het zwembad maar als dat wel zo was geweest waren er veel te weinig stoelen en ligbedden aanwezig! Graag dus aanpassing in de advertentie op VRBO! »

« We are very grateful that we were able to experience unforgettable moments in the little paradise Sergio has created there. Anna and Claudio were the kindest hosts we could ask for. Everything was perfectly prepared and we weren't missing anything at all. « First of all I would like to thank Cinzia and Loredana for having us. They were incredibly nice, available at any time and gave us great tips. Even DH Villa, Andreas, took care of us and asked if we needed anything. All in all a perfect service. The house is beautiful and the garden is big and just wonderful with a great pool. The view over Pesaro to the adriatic sea from the terrace/patio is incredible! All rooms were clean, towels and sheets were available. The kitchen was very well...

« We (4 adults and 4 children) had a wonderful holiday in a fantastic property. The modern farmhouse is surrounded by cornfields and in around 15-20 minutes by car you are at the beach. The house has very good facilities. The kitchen has everything you need and the garden is just huge...same is the pool...just amazing! Outside there is enough seating available for dining as well as lounge chairs to relax by the pool area. The owner was extremely hospitable and helpful! We already had some drinks...

« The villa was everything we expected and more. We had an amazing view from the patio on the rolling hills outside Mondavio. Within a 10 min walk there are a couple of nice restaurants in the historic centre of Mondavio. The surroundings are nice and quiet. The hosts were very nice and were at our disposal within 5 mins if we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay! »

« The apartment was very clean very quiet very private. You had your own outside eating area and somewhere to hand your clothes to dry after the beach . The beach was a 5 minute walk and shops were two minutes so very central for a long lazy week away enjoying the sun and beach. Lucia wax the best hostess you could have very helpful when we had a problem with our bikes and offered us a lift to the station when we left but also gave you your privacy. I really can’t say how much we enjoyed our stay...

« Appartamento ben curato unica cosa per noi ..... Preferiamo la sabbia non i sassi quindi dovevamo spostarci in macchina a cesano ! In ogni caso il mare non era vicinissimo 10 minuti piu o meno la spiaggia davanti all Appartamento! Per il resto era tutto perfetto ! Propietari gentilissimi. Grazie siamo stati molto bene!❤️ »
