« La chambre, bien que modeste en taille, correspondait parfaitement aux critères établis par l’hôtel. Sa situation géographique est idéale, offrant un accès rapide aux restaurants et aux zones commerciales, tous situés à cinq minutes en voiture. Ce cadre répond pleinement à mes attentes et à mes besoins. »

« We were surprised to find crumbs on the floor. in the bedroom! There were some type of flies coming out of the sink until we shoved rag in it! During the night the flies were on the pillow in the bed! Very disappointed that the Clerk that checked us in never gave us the 15% Moose Lodge discount! Cleaning staff was attentive and provided us with extra T Paper when asked and then asked if we needed anything else! My husband was disappointed that the breakfast didn't change up at all...

« Convenient, great staff on evenings. I neglected to get the womans name on evenings, but she has brown hair short length and glasses..EXCELLENT customer service. Housekeeping very friendly and thorough. »

« Super friendly staff, very helpful. Room was very clean. There was plenty of parking behind the hotel which was situated between a shopping center and a quiet neighborhood. The lobby was spacious and clean as well. Breakfast area was decent. The usual variety of breakfast foods, hot and cold. »

« L'hôtel n'a pas de piscine contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur Hotels.com. Le 3e lit (canapé) n'était pas fait: on m'a demandé de le faire en me donnant les draps à la réception. Et pour couronner le tout, le robinet de la (minuscule) douche ne fonctionnait pas: il fallait attendre que le plombier passe à la quincaillerie pour en acheter un. Nous étions humides de retour de la plage avec une enfant de 4 ans: au bout de 45 minutes, la propriétaire m'a proposé un remboursement intégral que...

« Comfortable bed, nice sized room with very clean bathroom. Only complaint that's keeping this from being five stars is the middle window of the three large vertical windows of my beach view room was 85% covered in moisture / what looked like mold starting to grow inside. Clearly rain or some type of water got behind one of the panes. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel it was an easy, relaxing overnight stay. »

« We love staying at the Avenue! Breakfast is always warm and tasty and they go above and beyond to make guests comfortable. Love hanging out in the beautiful lobby for wine and cheese or just to take a break from the heat. We will be back again soon! »
