« The room was cute and the allowance of having our dogs was why we chose this property. Having said that the check in process wasn't clear using Expedia. There is no management office. You simply needed a code to get a key from a lockbox on the door of your house. The big issue was the multiple spider webs/spiders/and dust all over the place. You can see that the fans and ceilings haven't been cleaned in months if not more. The fire alarm hanging on it's wires went off for no reason twice. ...

« Checking in was a nightmare, not on the property manager but on hotels.com. Hotels.com had the wrong property manager listed, didn’t share my info with the real property so they could contact me. I had to track down the real property manager myself the morning before i left causing me to leave late. Once I got hold of them it was very pleasant and easy, couldn’t be happier with the property management and the way they took care of me. The apartment is a converted basement, but very cozy and...

« I feel very lucky that we found this place to stay in during for our visit to Hot Springs. It was right in the center of town and a very short walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms were very clean and very spacious. Lots of nice amenities. Communication and check-in were easy, and there was parking behind the building. It really is right on the Appalachian Trail and was the perfect location for our hiking adventure. I hope that I can return some day! »
