« We all love the house. It’s very clean, modern, classy, well lit, and well maintained. We can’t complain about anything. The host answers promptly and kind. We have parking spaces in the back which gave us peace of mind. The house was stacked with all the necessary stuff for our stay, toiletries, beddings, towels, iron and iron board, kitchen plates, utensils, pots and pans and kitchen cleaning supplies except there’s no laundry (I didn’t ask though) and no rice cooker (we’re big rice fans)....

« Jenny was a phenomenal communicator, responded quickly to our questions, and gave helpful advice on local food places. The property was BEAUTIFUL - as pretty as the pictures. She obviously took great care in decorating and making the home comfortable and bright. « This is my second time staying at Frankie's VRBO so clearly I like it! The space is lovely and clean. It's conveniently located both to get to Boston and to the North Shore. Check-in and check-out is easy and Frankie is readily available if you need him. Do know that if you have mobility issues, there are some steep stairs to climb up to get to the apartment, so just a heads up about that. But overall, a very good experience. »

« This place is a gem! Super new and clean. It had everything you could want and more. The only problem we had was with parking, there needs to be clearer instructions on which parking spots belong to that unit. We parked in someone else’s spot and got yelled at then blocked in so when we went to leave it was a hassle. There are two spots designated, they just needed to be clearly marked what two spots belong to that unit. Other than that, we loved the place and will definitely be back! »
