„Wonderful host & house. Victor was quick to respond to questions and got the propane refilled in no time. The little touches like coffee pods & tea bags were so welcome! Having a washer & dryer to use was great too. The area was quieter than we expected & an easy enough walk to the grocery/pharmacy if one chose to. The house was spotless and the linens were very nice. We will definitely recommend this to anyone going to Boston who doesn’t want to be in the downtown area. “

„Such a lovely place to stay. It is clean, modern, well appropriated and maintained. The location was excellent with many amenities close by. We especially appreciated the availability of the hosts and their rapid responses to our inquiries.The street is busy with traffic at times with some noise but not really bothersome and you have to be careful backing out of the driveway. There are two sets of stairs so if that is a problem this is not the place for you. Otherwise I highly recommend it.“

„We had a lovely week here at Brandt Rock. We were quite comfortable with good AC, good kitchen facilities, good towels and linens, big comfy couch, and good restaurants close by. One nice-to-have would be to have a dresser and chair in each bedroom.Also mention that access to the beach right here by the house will be a challenge to anyone with mobility issues. There are lots of steps and rocks to scramble over.“
