« Rooms are not maintained properly, air conditioning filters not replaced, horrible smell in the room (humidity, mushroom, ) and in the bathroom (tobacco smell). Only 2 towels, tiny ones, for four people. Damp patches on walls and ceiling. Not a place to stay »

« This is a fantastic location. Nice, quiet, and plenty of room to roam around. If the weather would have been a little more favorable, we would have enjoyed spending more time outdoors. But, overall, it was great. The host is top notch and VERY accommodating. Im sure we will be back in the near future. »

« While I had high hopes for staying near my family for Christmas, I was happy when I searched with a filter, 1-guest traveling with 1- pet found me this VRBO house. I was not happy with the filthy interior, not fresh painted walls, not new flooring, not new linens, or cleanliness at all. Spiders and cob-webs in every room, floors taped with packing tape, dresser drawers taped together with packing tape, dirty furniture to sit on. The yard is full of limbs and a foot of leaves. Not safe for dogs. »
