« We were only here for one short stay. Arrived at 3 o’clock, and we were given the code to our room. We were in unit number one at the corner. We had an issue at the very beginning where we couldn’t find the bed, and it turns out the bedroom door had locked behind the housekeeper I guess. Once she came and unlocked it for us everything was perfect. The kitchen and bedroom are both beautifully updated as well as the bathroom. We were very happy with our stay. »

« Love this place and you can't beat the location. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The vibe and decor are just lovely. Steps from 12 south and all it has to offer. Will stay here often when in Nashville. »

« Un peu surprenant au départ la déco romantique était trop sympa in fine. J’ai trouvé que la chambre manquait de confort dans la salle de bains. Il faudrait redouter des petites dessertes pour poser les affaires de toilettes . Le service valet n’était pas terrible non plus mais c’était une belle expérience dans un hôtel à l’ambiance trop sympathique »

« Nous étions satisfaut de l'emplacement qui permettait d'aller au Centre ville en marchant , nous avons grandement apprécié la navette ainsi que le déjeuner compris. La chambre était propre. Le seul point négatif je dirais, c'était dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de piscine et le spa n'était pas très propre. Dégageait une hauteur de moisi et avait des marques de moisissures dans les coins. »

« The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean but starting to show wear. I would have given 5 stars but I was paying for parking and the hotel oversold it one evening for an eagles concert. That was stressful. »
