„Here is a honest opinion since we stayed there. Property owner will answer and accommodate visitors. It is located in a residential neighborhood so it seems like people dont like you parking in their spaces, and parking can be hard to find. The owner let us park in their driveway which was very nice . The place is very small but very clean. The best area is the backyard with fire pit. „First and foremost, host is as kind as they come, so it makes it hard to write this review. The « building » is an old garage, which could be cool BUT, it is pretty old ( not in a quaint way) and very dirty. Spiderweb everywhere, dust, stuff (hoarder style). The bathroom, if we can call it that, is upstairs. A dirty piece of carpet welcomes you upstairs. The shower is a plastic box and the toilet next to it is extremely low and small. „This house was perfect for my family of five. We came up to visit nearby family and this house was down the same street from them. The backyard was so spacious and a great space to stretch out and play. The owners were so sweet and accommodating- we were traveling with a 2 year old and asked if there was a highchair or pack n play available for the stay. There wasn't, but, the owners went out and acquired both for our stay. I was blown away! That helped so much so we did not have to pack them ...

„This property smells, can't decided if it's the cleaning solution they use to mask something else, or just smells. There are people who come and go in the basement. There is only 1 bathroom, and ZERO outlets in the bathroom. This is in a not so nice neighborhood and the parking stinks. You have to climb a ridiculous amount of steps to get in. Will not return. This place is WAY overpriced for what it is.“

„The attached little apartment was a perfect stay for my husband. The in unit washing machine and dryer is super convenient if you’re staying for a while. He stayed almost a month. The apartment was clean and in a safe area, he also enjoyed visits from the wild turkeys. The host was very easy to get in touch with and accommodating for us. He would definitely stay here again! “
