Profitez de notre maison spacieuse et moderne de trois chambres en brique tout en restant au cƓur de la plus ancienne ville de Virginie-Occidentale.

Restez à quelques pas des restaurants et des magasins locaux. Promenez-vous dans la rue pour visiter l'opéra, le restaurant de la salle de presse et l'université Shepherd.

Les activités de plein air, comme le rafting, les tubes, le kayak, le golf et la randonnée sont toutes accessibles à pied. Nous ne sommes qu'à quelques minutes en voiture des casinos de Charles Town et du champ de bataille d'Antietam.

Cette maison en brique moderne de deux étages est située dans l'arriÚre-cour de la maison historique Michael Yeasley. Planchers de bois récemment rénovés dans les espaces publics et la chambre principale. Peinture fraßche partout. Tapis dans la chambre avant. Deux salles de bain complÚtes avec toutes les commodités: une avec une grande baignoire profonde et l'autre avec une douche.

Nouveaux lits, literie et serviettes. Grande buanderie avec fer et planche à repasser. La cuisine est approvisionnée en ustensiles de cuisine, assiettes, ustensiles et épices.

The C&O bike adventure that got flooded out.

Despite the flooded C&O canal, my visit w 4 other biking friends allowed us to see Shepardstown rather than the C&O canal bike paths. What a great town to visit. And it e VRBO was the PERFECT location and size! It was my 1st time to use VRBO and our hostess Amy was so helpful before we arrived. Love this property!

Good option for exploring the charming town

We enjoyed being in town and an easy walk to shops and restaurants. The house is very large and can accommodate a good size group. Amy is a friendly and helpful host. We found the house to have a bit of an awkward layout and rather dark except for the front bedroom and living area. Our sense is that the kitchen and bathrooms could use updating

The best!

This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Nice, clean home with comfortable beds. Kitchen is stocked, if you want to cook, but I suggest eating at ALL the restaurants on German Street. Amy, the hostess, is a very nice woman and she’s easy to work with. She really goes above and beyond for her guests. For our stay, she contacted me to see when we would arrive. She gave us an earlier check in time. She has this place stocked. If we needed paper towels or toilet paper, she has it. She has extra light bulbs. She has laundry detergent, cleaners, soaps, shampoo and conditioner. I was shocked and thankful. She’s so thoughtful, she has earplugs on the nightstand. Amy and her husband are the BEST hosts a traveler could ask for. Definitely recommend. 5 stars. 10/10. We would/will stay here again.

Great location to visit Shepherdstown

We came back to Shepherdstown to dine and visit the record store. Everything we wanted to do was within a five minute walk. The Press Room across the street is a little gem of a restaurant. The Thai place next door was a delightful surprise. The shrimp pad thai was top notch! The house was well appointed and comfortable. When not out roaming, we were able to relax and recharge.

Wonderful Shepherdstown stay

We stayed here to attend the Contemporary American Theater Festival. The house is very comfortable with lots of room and a well set-up kitchen. Terrific location - walking distance to everything in the center of Shepherdstown and to Shepherd University. Great communication with the owner.

This house is located in the center of town, and walkable to many places, or a short drive away. The owner was helpful before and during our stay. We look forward to returning for another visit soon. This was a great place to stay during the Contemporary American Theater Festival.

We enjoyed the kitchen and living room, both very comfortable.

We spent two nights over the weekend. We were particularly pleased with the kitchen and bathrooms, Well furnished. We were mainly seeing plays, eating out and shopping. The bedroom at the front of the house needs better lighting. The outdoor lights leading to the front door right at the last step are not working which made it difficult to see at night.

Girls Weekend in Shepherdstown

Amy’s place was lovely. It was very clean and had everything we needed - I thought it looked even better than the pictures on VRBO. Amy was very responsive and easy to communicate with; Shepherdstown is adorable and close to lots of historic attractions and hiking trails in the area. Perfect place for some time away from the city!

Very nice!

This house is lovely! Lots of room, very clean, comfortable beds and furniture. Our group of six friends had plenty of space. Location is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, historical interests. The owner responds to questions very quickly. We would highly recommend and hope to return soon!

Quiet Getaway

Immaculately maintained property! Visited Shepherdstown for a family getaway. Host was excellent communicator from moment we chose our place. She gave perfect directions to assist us in locating her property and made sure everything went smoothly. She communicated upon our arrival to let us know she was available if we needed anything. We were a party of four adults and found the house perfectly appointed. We were close to restaurants and ate at the Bavarian Inn one night and ordered takeout from the Blue Moon cafe the next. Both were excellent. Thank you for a lovely weekend.

Perfect stay with sisters
