We loved our stay here! The snack pack including items to make s’mores and the fire starter kit was very thoughtful. Everything was clean and exactly as described. We felt so comfortable here and made some amazing memories chatting around the fire pit and gazing at the stars.

Lovely Stay

Everything was wonderful. The property was beautiful. There were other people staying at the homes on site, but none of it was a distraction. Close enough to town to do excursions. The only thing I would add is maybe a screen door so that you could allow some extra fresh air in and light. Hosts were wonderful and easy to contact when we needed something. Recommend for a cozy gate away.

Nice little cottage.

The cottage was perfect for our needs. The wifi listed online was not correct, however, the owner came over immediately to figure out the issue. One suggestion would be to supply mini toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.) We enjoyed our quick visit!

Wonderful weekend at the Lovely Cabin

The description of the cabin was exactly as listed. We appreciated the little extras that were provided but the host. It was very comfortable, clean and relaxing atmosphere. The communication with the host was excellent an we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

What a gem!

We spent the weekend and loved it! Surpassed expectations! So well thought out and the treats like s'mores supplies were lovely. The attention to detail was superb. Highly recommend for the perfect couples getaway! There are several small country roads to get to the cabin, so if you’re not used to, they can be a little intimidating. But, loved our entire stay! Thank you!

Quaint and Quiet

A very quaint and quiet cabin nestled away on a beautiful property. The cabin was extremely cleaned and decorated with a homey touch. It is very small, just what you would expect from a cabin, and the bathroom door offers little privacy. However, this was exactly what we were looking for and I recommend it to anyone looking to disconnect for a bit.

It is the perfect place to get away and relax. It is off the beaten path but a short drive to town. The owners are wondering people who are very helpful and generous.

More than expected! Other than food and drink, everything was provided- even a plug in stove for cooking, coffee, and smores items! Perfect little space for a getaway. Wifi worked great! Owners were friendly and so accommodating!!

Quiet cabin in Berkeley Springs

This was my second time stay here. The property owners are there to help if anything was needed. Cozy, clean, with a fireplace, comfortable bed, comfortable leather chairs, grill, fire pit.

A very comfortable and peaceful stay at an adorable cabin in the middle of nowhere. Lovely fall colors to see on long walks and every time we had a small issue - the owners were more than helpful to get us what we needed. Much appreciated!!!!

Stayed overnight three nights. Enjoyed everything thoroughly. Cabin was cozy and homey, we felt completely comfortable. Enjoyed excursions to Berkeley Springs and Cacapon State Park.

Cozy and quiet

Nice weekend place in a peaceful area yet close to downtown Berkeley Springs and Great Cacapon State Park. Lots of ground to explore. Regarding the cabin, think hotel room size but without the possibly loud hallway and thin walls to deal with of a hotel. Hot plate and microwave in mini kitchen. Small refrigerator also but adequate for two people for an extended weekend. Sulfur content in the water is noticeable so you may wish to bring your own drinking water. Cabin was nicely decorated. The owners were highly responsive with sending and answering emails. The only thing I didn't like was a third party called Evolve trying to handle our reservation and asking me to sign up with them. I value my personal information and don't wish to share it with third parties whenever possible. We would stay again.

Privacy in the woods on s beautiful mountain ridge

We were welcomed with beautiful, well-kept grounds amid a variety of tree growth. We especially enjoyed the fire pit and seating nearby. Our cabin was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a short trip. And we can't say enough about hosts Bill and Patty...thanks for your hospitality and tour!

Relaxing few days!

We had a wonderful few days stay in the little cabin. Beautiful quiet outdoor area to walk and enjoy Mother Nature. Close to Berkeley Springs and several great restaurant options. We plan to return within the year. Owners are available and able to assist or attend to your needs.
