« Everything was great except only 1 guest elevator being operational »

« The room was clean, but unfortunately, the staff’s behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. Approximately one hour before the scheduled 11:00 a.m. checkout, I called the front office to request a late checkout. I was specifically told that extending my checkout until 12:00 p.m. would not be a problem. »

« The app did not allow me to give 5 stars across the board. Hotel was clean ,quiet , with great amenities. Staff was friendly and helped with printing a document and supplying us with a complimentary toothbrush. Highly recommend this hotel »

« Bien localisé, resto à proximité, propre, personnel accueillant. »

« All good. Would stay again. »

« I recently stayed at the Hampton Suites in Houston, and overall, it was a very good experience. The property is excellent, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was top-notch. I was also very impressed with the rooms, which were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The only issue I encountered during my stay was a minor hiccup with our room door lock, which stopped opening. We reported it to the front desk early in the morning before leaving for an event. Unfortunately, when we returned...
