« Location and value could not have been beat.. With no more than a 1-2 minute walk to the beach.. The unit was clean and tidy when we arrived.. It had everything we needed and more. The host is extremely responsive and helpful..Now for the slight nuances, the place slightly loud if you have loud neighbours, but nothing that turning on the ac can't help to drown out the noise,I would definitely come back here, the price is unbeatable »

« Location worked out great for us, we were able to visit, Fall River, drive up the cape, visit Boston, Plymouth,Salem, Gloucester MA (Hammond Castle), and even Kennebunkport ME all in a week! House is clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable, only suggestion is maybe new covers on the furniture in the living room and a Keurig but other than that our stay way fantastic. Loved swifts beach and that we could walk there! Thanks for a great week!! »

« We had a wonderful week at this home! Being on the water, watching the sunrise each morning along with all the boats throughout the day was our favorite part. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed! Our kids enjoyed the ping pong table and ms. pac man game in the basement and we enjoyed many laughs and family fun down there. Communication from the host was great. The beach access is a short walk at the end of the street. We enjoyed combing the beach for shells and rocks...

« Classic Martha’s Vineyard beach bungalow with some extra comforts. This place was perfect for my partner and I who appreciate simplicity and classic style. The house was cozy and well equipped with everything we needed to cook for ourselves and relax. The house is a very short walk from ink well beach and from all the various downtown offerings of oak bluffs. It’s also very close to the historic cottage village and we loved taking evening strolls around the area. I recommend the house to couples...

« The cottage had everything we needed for a great beach vacation. The location was perfect for day trips and the bay beach was chilly but beautiful! The town of Sandwich was lovely and we had a great dinner at the Belfrey on our last night. We'll definitely be back. »
