« Such a cute and clean Hill Country stay! The hot tub was amazing and perfect for relaxing. We loved the five friendly cats—they made it feel extra special. Everything we needed was nearby. No WiFi for streaming, but we actually enjoyed unplugging, and the DVD player with movies was a nice touch. Would definitely come back! »

« This was our third or fourth visit to this property and it has clearly gone downhill. The cabin and the immediate area around the cabin is not being regularly maintained. The immediate area had not been mowed in weeks, the shower was either scalding hot or very low pressure, the mattress is worn out (it was like I was trying to sleep on a bathtub, the HVAC system does not work properly (thermostat does not seem to work properly) and does not appear to be sized appropriately for the cabin, the...

« The location and layout was perfect. It was close enough to town to make a run back for dinner and groceries but far enough to give a scenic view with lots of animals along the way. We watched the sun set from the hot tub and then viewed the stars on the front lawn. The next morning we watched the sunrise on the porch rocking chairs. »

« The cabin was charming rustic outside of fredericksburg.The deer was a delight to see.The bathroom mainly toliet closet was very small and no door, just a partition to pull across door opening, your head getting up off toliet hit the partition unless you slid it open first. I realize this is the best option for lack of space.The bed is comfy if you like really cushy.We did enjoy our stay other than the toliet closet. Beautiful night sky. »

« Hot tub was a wonderful addition to this stay. Room was clean and decorated so well. Definitely felt a little fancy. We felt like we were secluded but still very close to everything in town. Definitely recommend to anyone staying for a couple of days. This was a very quiet area with privacy for our anniversary get away. »

« We've stayed there over several years and really enjoyed it. But its getting old. Front door lock and skeleton key were a nightmare. Several minutes of jiggling to get inside on arrival. Both of us tried, and then had great difficulty getting the key out of the lock. Same thing happened after we returned from a day of shopping. Took almost 20 minutes.
