Villa Neranite is arranged across several levels connected by Mediterranean gardens, pathways and stairways, offering an exceptional balance between conviviality and privacy. It sleeps 11 across 4 king-size bedrooms, 1 private single bedroom with a single sofa bed, and 1 double sofa bed in the main living area.



Main Unit: a welcoming living area with warm-toned interiors and a comfortable double sofa bed, an open-plan kitchen and dining space. The main bedroom offers garden views, abundant natural light, direct access to a private patio and an en-suite bathroom with double showers.

Pool Level: the central outdoor level dedicated to relaxation, featuring the swimming pool area, a changing room with bathroom and laundry facilities, and an outdoor stone shower.

Garden Suite: set along a garden pathway, a beautifully furnished double bedroom with private bathroom and stunning views over the sea and the Bay of Nerano.

Independent Two-Storey Unit: the upper floor includes a living area, an open-plan kitchen, a private bathroom and a small bedroom with a single sofa bed enjoying sea views, air conditioning and a dedicated bathroom just outside the room. An external staircase leads to the lower floor, with two additional double bedrooms and their respective bathrooms.

Arrival and Check-In Information

Check-in time: between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Late arrivals are accommodated with prior notice and may incur an additional fee.

Check-out time: by 10:00 am.

Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.



Daily cleanings: daily light housekeeping is included from Monday to Saturday. Our housekeeping team will access the property during the day for light cleaning and general tidying, always with full respect for guests' privacy.



Wood-fired oven: the wood-fired oven is reserved exclusively for use by professional pizza chefs authorized by Feeling Italy. This service can be arranged through our Concierge team. Please contact us in advance for availability and pricing details.



Events and Weddings: the property is suitable for small private celebrations and weddings, subject to approval. All event coordination is handled exclusively by the Feeling Italy Concierge team, with a dedicated wedding planner. Wedding planning services are mandatory and quoted separately. All services are provided in-house. Please get in touch for a preliminary indication of costs. Event fees may apply.



Services Policy

To ensure consistent service standards, proper coordination and respect for the property, external suppliers and third-party service providers are not permitted.

This includes, but is not limited to, private chefs, catering companies, event vendors, decorators, musicians, photographers, wellness practitioners, transportation providers and other external contractors.

All guest services must be arranged exclusively through Feeling Italy and its approved partners.



Access and Parking: private parking is available on site. The villa is accessed via a typical local road that is narrow in some sections; standard and medium-sized vehicles can comfortably reach the property, while large vans are not suitable.



City tax: €3 per adult per day, applied for the first 7 nights. This tax is required by the Municipality of Massa Lubrense and is payable in cash upon arrival.



Accessibility: the property is arranged across multiple terraced levels connected by garden pathways and stairways, with several flights of steps throughout. For this reason, the villa is not suitable for guests with significant mobility limitations or wheelchair users.
