„Sehr sauberes und gutes Hotel im North End. Gut Zu Fuß von Aquarium (Blue Line) und Haymarket (Orange/Green Line) zu erreichen. Leider kein Frühstücksbuffet, sondern nur extrem teures a la Carte Frühstück. 30$ und man ist nicht mal annähernd satt. Für die Teilnehmer des Boston Marathons gab es keinerlei Aufmerksamkeiten wie z.B. Obst/Wasser. Da bin ich von anderen Hotels in Boston mehr gewohnt.“

„Good hotel, workplaces downstairs, but uses disposable cutlery and dishes - at least not plastic. Room was cold, but an additional heater was provided, but it caused some problems with the fuse. All in all I would recommend this hotel for a stay. Modern design and coffee is provided downstairs.“

„We checked in and were assigned the wrong room (had handicap shower, when we specifically booked a room without - which cost us a few bucks more). We learned this only after dragging our five pieces of luggage up to the eight floor and to the end of a very long carpeted hallway and then had to go back down to the lobby. „The room was clean and in good condition. However, the service was terrible. The hotel employees, particularly those at reception, were unhelpful. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I requested a late checkout the day before, but I didn't receive a response until a couple of hours before the original checkout time. Ultimately, I had to check out without an extension. The rear entrance near the bus station was out of order and has never been repaired. This was very inconvenient. “
