The villa features 3 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a spacious living room with 2 single sofa beds, a small bedroom with 1 bunk bed, and a full bathroom.
The living room opens onto the fully equipped kitchen, which features a double sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower.

the large, fully fenced garden, there are lush olive trees in the front
area, while at the back there is a beautiful pine forest and a large shared pool with a lawn, sun loungers, a portable barbecue, and other outdoor areas equipped for relaxing in the fresh air.

The center of Matino, as well as that of the nearby town of Casarano, is less than 2 km away.
The nearest beaches are Punta della Suina and Baia Verde, on the Gallipoli coast, about 15 km away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Shared pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 20 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. 
- Outdoors are shared.
- All the shared areas, including the pool, are usable from 8am to 8pm.
- Heating with mandary supplement of euro 10 from November to April to be paid on site.
