« Walking into the property hallway looked a prison with steel gates in front of doors. Passed a coin operated laundry room separate from property. Listed as having laundry but did not specify it was a communal laundry room. It also didn’t have any detergent dispensers. Kitchen had filthy coffee machine and there was enough coffee to make only 1 or 2 pots. 2 different brands with enough to scrab the bottom. Opened the kitchen cabinet door to grab a glass and the first one was a red plastic glass...

« Great unit & perfect location. Beautiful view of the marina side & wildlife (osprey, manatee, herons, etc). Quick 5-10 minute walk to the beach on the Gulf side. Pool & hot tub right next to the unit building. Plenty of parking & 10-15 minute walk to downtown bars & restaurants. Host was very responsive & generous. Highly recommend! »

« I have stayed at South Seas many times over many years, so it makes me sad to say I will NEVER go back. The pictures that are portrayed of the unit are all lies! The place is like a ghost town. It is filled with construction workers. Worse yet, you do not have access to the resort or any of its “few” restaurants. You are not told any of this during booking. The pool that you do have access to was filthy. I spoke with the registration person who admittedly took some responsibility for the fact...
