« Located 15mins from Matlock, this property is in an excellent quiet location. Beds comfortable, Hot Tub which was clean and perfect temperature the moment we arrived. Odd bit of maintenance Ive informed the owner about but did not affect our stay. Communication was constant throughout the stay answering questions we had almost instantly. Really nice touches like washing up liquid, condiments and small things you would not expect from a vrbo property. The games room which was a hit with my kids....

« The property was great, very spacious with plenty of room for our extended family, 7 people total. Everything was well taken care of. The kitchen was very well stocked, and communication was great. Location was terrific, with lots of great shops and restaurants. One thing to be aware of is that there are several flights of stairs to get to the flat. That was a bit of a surprise, but we were able to manage it. »

« Attention to detail was 2nd to none! Robon has thought of everything to facilitate our stay. Bed was incredibly comfortable, good quality linens/ towels Immaculately clean and tidy and fascinating leftovers from a bygone age with hooks in beams and the old fireplace just oozed history. Tastefully decorated and just wonderful! Great and pretty location with easy access to a variety of locations. Thankyou Robin, we will visit again!! »

« Cottage was clean and well presented with lots of extra touches. Netflix was a bonus! Unfortunately the management company let down the whole experience. Security deposit required prior to releasing check in information, and we emailed them when we found a mouse in the property but they failed to respond. Also the cleaner was waiting for us to leave which wasn’t great! Parking is limited but luckily we found a space on arrival. Dog friendly but be aware no enclosed yard and dogs are not...

« Perfect Location!! We really enjoyed our stay here - we had 8 family members, young, old and in between! The local hiking and the views are nearly perfect, the roads are NARROW!! The host is fantastic and apart from a few worn edges (walls could use a clean in the kitchen and carpets cleaned) is is a great rental. The pub across the street - great food, beer and service. »
