« I never normally leave reviews however the team outdid themselves during my stay. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I mistakenly left important documents at the hotel which could not be replaced easily. Doreen went out of her way to ensure i had copies of these sent over within an hour or realising and going to find them in the hotel. « Excellent séjour dans cet endroit très beau installé sur les rives du lac Victoria. Les suites sont installées à proximité du rivage avec une très belle vue depuis les fenêtres et le balcon. Très grande salle de bain avec douche et baignoire. Pour bien profiter du lac, ne ratez pas la petite croisière au coucher du soleil avec musique et ambiance. « The team was Amazing. The manager Denis was so helpful, Kind and did everything over and above to make up for the mistakes made by Expedia in advance. We arrived in Entebbe around 11pm. Myself, my wife and my 1 year old son passed 3 hours circulating into the city trying to find the Hotel.
