« Je souhaitais me reposer dans un grand hôtel, j'étais très déçu car le personnel parlait pas anglais pas un seul mot (au niveau du lobby pour boire un verre) impossible de communiquer. Comparé au Shangri-la Hong Kong, Bangkok et Kuala Lumpur. Cet hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur au niveau du service. Le ménage dans les chambres est très approximatif. Les toilettes étaient très sales. « The hotel is kind of old. Need renovations. The front desk personnel is not helpful. They are not willing to help. When we check out early in the morning we asked them to help us to get a couple of taxis they said they can’t. I’ve never heard of any hotels can’t help their customers getting a taxi. Very bad customer service. »
