« Enjoyed the weekend at Wauchope Cottage. Perfect location to explore the coast and Galloway forest area of SW Scotland. House is super clean and much more room than we expected. The grounds are gorgeous and we loved walking around. It would be nice if there was an opportunity to visit the castle to see the inside. This is a fairly remote property, so be prepared to drive to anything you need. But so quiet and peaceful. »

« The property looks small from the outside, however, it’s surprisingly spacious inside. A very comfortable bed, with all the kit you could need in the kitchen once the hidden drawer is located. The summer house and garden on the other side of the very quiet road are a delight, we loved coming back and sitting out with a glass or two. Would highly recommend………. »
