« Our first room was on the third floor (with no luggage cart) and the room smelled like weed and the toilet wasn’t bolted to the floor, so why I sat on it , it fell over. Went back down to the front desk, she gave us another room now on the 1st floor (which would have been helpful the first time since we were struggling with our luggage) which the girl at the front desk was watching us. She could have gave us the room on the first floor from the beginning. »
