« It was smaller than the pictures showed, no AC at all, and the only bathroom is downstairs and it's small. It was a great place for my honeymoon, but wasn't expecting it to look so run down. The kitchen and living room were beautiful and spacious, and it was beautifully decorated, just small for my taste, the hot tub was really nice, although the jets were messed up and not working half of the time. The host didn't respond to most of the questions I had which were very few, I had to call them...

« At the top of hotel/ARBB priorities should be quality of ce the bed. Most people have traveled a significant distance and are needing a good night sleep on a comfortable bed. This place did not fulfill. The bed had no box-spring and the mattress was so worn that management had put a 3inch foam pad that you buy from Walmart over the top. This made for an extremely soft and hot bed, which for my wife was non-issue but i weigh 200lbs and I had to move to the couch. We refused to stay the second...

« This trip was a birthday trip for my son and family. The accommodations were perfect for all the different ages. It provided flexibility...upstairs works for 4 kids and a king bed for adults. Downstairs worked for my wife and I, with an additional bedroom with double bed; sharing a bathroom. We all enjoyed the hot tub and the wood burning stove for a rustic feel. »

« This was the DIRTIEST place I’ve ever been. The bathtub hadn’t been cleaned- maybe in months. The brita water filter hadn’t been changed in so long that the water was cloudy. The main burner on the stove was filthy, and had exposed wires to the point where if we’d have cooked on it, it’s definitely a fire hazard.
