„The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten “

„Check in time was 4 (with a lockbox). Arrived around 330 and was told we could not check in early and had to wait until 4, so sat in driveway until allowed to check in. Part of town is a little suspect and rough, although it’s only about 3 blocks to downtown. It’s not walkable though due to two lane road with no sidewalk.. Inside of house was clean and well appointed. House key was in lockbox outside, although my husband found a fake sprinkler head within 5 minutes of arriving with another house ...

Juan provided recommendations for activities and restaurants. The home comfortably fit our party of 10. We enjoyed our nights around the fire pit outside and grilling. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Such a peaceful stay!“
