« We stayed here when we came to town for a wedding. It had a great location, within walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops. It was clean and the hot tub was so nice after long days. The downstairs was not available for us to use due to a remodel, which we didn’t know when we originally booked our trip. We were still able to fit everyone in the bunk room so it wasn’t a huge deal. The train is very active at night and you will hear it. Overall a lovely home and we enjoyed our stay. »

« The house was comfortable and we enjoyed the video game table and the wide variety of interesting books and music. I wouldn't call the waterbed waveless (we've had 2 waterbeds), and we found this one a bit sloshy. Used the wood stove heater for 2 days but I'm sensitive to smoke so we used the electric heater for the last 2 days. The town of Dunsmuir didn't offer much in the way of food or entertainment. Most of the restaurants we had researched prior to our visit were no longer open for...

« The stay was spacious and comfortable. It included many amenities that gave the place an authentic and homely feeling. The location is a block from Dunsimir’s main strip and also very accessible to mount shasta. Access to the stay was uncomplicated. Highly recommend! »

« Everything was clean and nice about the property! Nothing bad about the host or anything! However, I personally felt that the bed was extremely uncomfortable, I ended up sleeping on the couch instead. It’s a VERY firm mattress, and I understand that many enjoy that but for me I was in tons of pain trying to sleep on it. This is a personal preference so I’m still rating highly because it was nice otherwise. Just a heads up to others who may prefer a softer bed like me. Loved the bathtub and cute...

The resort was quaint , and the varied accommodations was delightful. we enjoyed strolling through the resort and being awed by all the different accommodations and the remodeling work being done on the rustic cabins. « We did our annual family vacation and stayed here this year. The neighborhood was beautiful and private. Close drive to town but still like a getaway. The house was lovely. We enjoyed laying in the hammock outside. The leather couches were super comfy and there was plenty of seating at the kitchen bar countertop and the kitchen table for eating and socializing.
