The space
Beautifully decorated home, built in 2024, overlooking the mountain inside the Massanutten Four Season Resort Community.

Park in the 5-car driveway with 2 spots in front and 3 tandem spots to the side of the house. Extra cars may be parked in the resort lots.

Enter the house on the main level, where you'll find a warm and inviting living room with a cozy propane fireplace and smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area that seats 10, a convenient laundry room, a half bath, and a spacious primary king suite with a private ensuite bathroom. Step outside onto the wraparound deck to relax with your morning coffee or unwind while taking in the peaceful mountain views. Access the backyard patio to relax in the private hot tub, cool off in the cold plunge, and enjoy the fire pit with family and friends.

Upstairs, you'll find a second king bedroom with a private deck offering elevated views and winter views of the ski slopes along with two additional bedrooms, each featuring two queen beds, and a full bathroom.

The lower level is designed for fun and relaxation, with one bedroom featuring a king bed and a twin trundle (two twin mattresses), a second bedroom with both full-over-full and twin-over-twin bunk beds, and another full bathroom. Gather in the game room for hours of entertainment with three arcade games, a pool table, and a smart TV. After a day of adventure, recharge in the private wellness room featuring a relaxing sauna.

The kitchen has dishes, cups, utensils, cookware, microwave, drip coffee and Keurig coffee maker, slow cooker, air fryer, and blender. Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. The washer and dryer are available for laundry.

Located within the Massanutten Four Seasons Resort community, the home is minutes from skiing, snow and grass tubing, ice skating, two golf courses, indoor/outdoor water parks, mountain biking, ziplining, mini golf, go karts, tennis, parks and more. Guest access:
The entire house is available for guests with keyless keypad entry.

Other things to note:
Smoking and vaping are not allowed. A $750 minimum fine will be charged if there is evidence of smoking in the home.

The home is subject to Resort Rules including no open fires, quiet hours and animal proof trash disposal locations.

WELCOME TO MASSANUTTEN!
This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.

NOISE
• Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840)
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

OUTDOOR FIRES
• High wildfire risk area!
• No open fires.
• No unattended fires.
• No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
• Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check MassanuttenVillagedotcom or electronic sign at entrance for updates.

ALCOHOL
No open containers on roads or in common areas.

PETS
• Leash always required when outside.
• Clean up after your pets.

DRONES/UAVs
• Drones and UAVs are not permitted.

TRASH
• Do not place trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or car ports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.
